Step 1- Apply sunscreen at least 20 minutes before heading out to play in the sunshine.
Step 2- Make sure you use enough. Most people need at least 1oz- about the amount you can hold in the palm of your hand- of sunscreen to cover your gorgeous bod from head to toe.
