Easy refills

Your time is precious, and like so many people today, you probably have a hundred things on the go. We respect that, so we created a group of services designed to make it more convenient for you to renew and pick up your prescriptions. Automated prescription refill service - Our automated prescription refill system is quick, easy and convenient. Make sure your prescriptions are ready when you are, by ordering over the phone, online, or with our mobile app. Your personal information is kept secure and protected at all times and only your Pharmacist can access it. In-store pager - When you visit a Pharmaprix to fill your prescriptions, you’ll be given an in-store pager. It will alert you when your prescriptions are ready, so you don’t have to spend time waiting.

Plus, take advantage of:

Record of your medication history

It’s not always easy to remember what prescriptions you’ve been taking. That’s why we provide a comprehensive list of your 20 previous medications. It’s a portable record of your medication history that’s updated with each prescription.

DrugCoverage.ca, A Guide to Reimbursement

This web site describes all of the drug plans available to Canadians – private insurance plans, provincial/ territorial drug benefit programs, and federal drug plans. It tells you who is eligible for each plan and which medications are covered by each drug plan on their regular formulary. For medications that are not listed on the plan formulary, the web site will inform you as to whether the drug plan has an ‘exception drug’ or ‘special authorization’ mechanism, through which your Doctor may request coverage of the unlisted medication.
